Rustic 2-Bedroom walking distance to Downtown

Overpriced and falsely advertised. Positive: The place is pet friendly, which is a big deal for us and our two fur children. Large open living room area. Location wasn't too bad, within walking distance to casinos, restaurants, small markets and close to the Truckee river trail. Negative: The queen bed is miserable, big hump in the middle and both sides dip down. Didn't sleep well and was happy to wake up at 4:30am to leave on day of checkout. Property advertised a hot tub in the back yard, and that was a huge part of us booking this location, but we get there and no hot tub.....I feel like we got cheated for sure. Couldn't get hot water in bathroom or kitchen sinks. And why no hand towels in the kitchen? It also wasn't disclosed that this was an upstairs apartment, which normally wouldn't be a big deal but I had injured my knee a few days before our trip so that made things for me a bit difficult.

This was a great space close to downtown. We are so happy with our stay. We felt safe and it was not noisy which is a huge factor for us to enjoy ourselves. The furniture is cozy, we had hot showers, and great coffee. The host is welcoming and messages to make sure we had what we needed and is available through the app to answer questions. We would recommend this place for sure!

Comfy place. Easy walk to downtown and art museum, very close to river walk, good restaurants, and coffee shops. Great communication with host. Bed/mattress could use an upgrade. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Reno.
