Welcome to DND Stays. By booking a property through our website or any affiliated platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.


1. Reservations & Booking

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by DND Stays. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us or the booking platform. By completing a reservation, you agree to all terms stated herein.


2. Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Guests are entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Partial or No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in may not be eligible for a refund. Specific cancellation terms may vary by property and will be disclosed at the time of booking. DND Stays reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund.


3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In Time: 3:00 PM

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM — Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. Guests who fail to check out by 11:00 AM without prior arrangement may be charged an additional night's stay.


4. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all reservations. The amount varies by property and will be disclosed at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded within 5-7 business days after check-out, provided no damage or violations of house rules have occurred. DND Stays reserves the right to retain all or part of the security deposit to cover damages, excessive cleaning fees, or violations of these terms.


5. Pet Policy

Pets are allowed in select properties only. Pet permission must be confirmed prior to booking. Unauthorized pets may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and/or additional fees. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.


6. House Rules

All guests are expected to treat the property with respect and adhere to the following rules:

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all DND Stays properties. Violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and additional cleaning fees.
  • No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing.
  • No Unauthorized Overnight Guests: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Unauthorized stayovers are strictly prohibited.
  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours apply in select properties and will be disclosed in the property listing. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors at all times.
  • Property Care: Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as found. Excessive mess or damage will be charged against the security deposit.


7. Damage & Liability

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. DND Stays reserves the right to charge the guest's payment method on file for damages exceeding the security deposit. DND Stays is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.


8. Minimum Age Requirement

The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be present during the stay. DND Stays reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings that do not meet this requirement.


9. Privacy Policy

At www.dndstays.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by DND Stays and how we use it.

Information We Collect

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of the message you send us. Message and data rates of your service provider may apply. DND Stays will not share your personal contact number with any other parties without your permission.

Under the CCPA, California consumers have the right to request disclosure, deletion, and opt-out of sale of their personal data. Contact us at help@dndstays.com. We have one month to respond.

Every user is entitled to the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. Contact us to exercise any of these rights. We have one month to respond.

Children's Information

DND Stays does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided such information, please contact us immediately at help@dndstays.com.
