We provide full-service short-term rental co-hosting — and only that. From setup, design, and photography to listing, pricing, guest communication, in-house maintenance, and monthly owner reporting, the entire operation is handled for you.
What areas do you serve?
Our core market is Reno-Tahoe — Reno, Sparks, Lake Tahoe, Glenbrook, South Shore Lake Tahoe CA, Incline Village, and Fallon — plus Las Vegas. We also operate in Columbus OH and across South Carolina including Columbia, Orangeburg, and Charleston.
What's included at no extra charge?
Guest support, WiFi and smart-lock troubleshooting, turnover trash and consumables, minor resets, vendor scheduling, battery and bulb replacement, propane restocking, and lost-item returns. Larger jobs like deep cleans, major repairs, and after-hours emergencies are billed separately.
How much do you charge?
Pricing depends on your property and market. The fastest way to a real number is a quick consultation — we'll assess your place and walk you through the income potential.
Do you have your own maintenance team?
Yes. A dedicated maintenance lead and coordinators are on staff, so issues are handled quickly and at fair, negotiated rates — not marked up through third parties.
I'm new to short-term renting. Can you still help?
Absolutely. New owners get an assessment and full setup; experienced hosts get help making an existing listing its best. Either way it's fully hands-off.
